Refund policy

At Alpha Rhino, we want you to feel confident and motivated with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items under the conditions below.


Return Period

You may return your order within 7 days after delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags and/or stickers are still attached
The item has no signs of wear, such as perfume, deodorant, or food stains
The item is returned in the original packaging
The item is not missing any accessories or parts
The return is shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Sale items (Final Sale)
Damaged, worn, or used items
Items returned outside the 7-day return window
Items without original labels or packaging


How to Start a Return

Please contact us at hello@alpharhino.eu before sending anything back. You’ll receive instructions and the return address.

Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The original shipping costs (to you) are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If it takes longer than 15 business days after approval, please contact us again at hello@alpharhino.eu


Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@alpharhino.eu so we can resolve the issue quickly.
